If you go to GNC Quest Bars are always a good choice. They have tons of flavors and each bar is 20g of Protein.

If you like pumpkin The GNC Lean shakes has a new pumpkin spice pre made Protein Drink. Can't wait to try it.

But mostly the only thing I get from GNC is Quest bars.

I second quest bars as well. The texture takes some getting used to but it's the least nasty bar I've found this far. I also buy the isopure zero carb ready-to- drink beverages. Like quest bars, they are sort of acquired taste but have 160 calories and 40 grams of protein for the entire bottle. Very helpful for when you can't get a protein shake in

Yes forgot about Isopure since I don't drink it any more. But it counts as Water and protein so its great for new sleeved people. I think Coconut and grape are the best tasting.
