11 days post op pain

Hi everyone I hade my sleeve on the 9/16 I didn't have much pain to speak of but now I notice its like I've been kicked in the stomach , I was wondering if maybe my stomach is starting to " feel" again could it have been In a numb state maybe it's more annoying than anything ????

My surgeon says this is normal due to cutting the muscles in the abdomen. And you're right the anesthesia takes a few days to get out of your system as well. I would definitely run it by your doc though!

I had soreness (not pain) along the staple line.....if that's all it is, I wouldn't worry too much......you need time to heal......but if you are in pain, true pain, then you may want to call the doctor....good luck on your journey! Those first few weeks are hard.
