Muscle aches week 2

Question is anyone else feel muscle fatigue or aches . My shoulders , back, calves are starting to feel pain ??? I'm not up to my hydration levels but doing the best I can I'm still pretty tired most of the time any thought my sleeve comrades ???

Have you tried G2? Could be an electrolyte thing.
