older age

Well I was sleeved in August, but have been wondering about how it will be when I'm in my late seventies early 80s, with the diatery needs. That's one thing I know I never thought about when researching this. How about everyone else?

My mother-in-law is a fit and healthy 75 year old who eats like a bird. She eats very healthily. It's about the quality of the food we eat regards to attaining our vitamins and minerals, not the amount of food we eat. There are many obese people who are male nourished! We will be fine if we stick to healthy food and we can eat little and often to get the amount we need. :-)

Heh.. I agree. You don't have to eat like a pig to be healthy. Fact.. Quite the opposite. Im just over 9 months out and I'm the healthiest I've ever been in my life.
