Calorie intake at 3 months post op

I have been doing the my fitness application and I am currently at about 500-650 net calories a day, depending on my workout. Where is everyone else?

I am not sure what "net" calorie are....that is net of calories expended on an exercise routine? I just keep track of my calories consumed, and at almost 5 months, my daily average is around 800

Yes I am talking about intake less calories burned working out. I burn between 150 -250 in cardio. (I don't count the 30-40 minutes of weights as I don't know how to calculate those)
