For some weird reason i dont know when i am full or not. Does this happen to anyone? Ive been eating very little liquid, maybe thats why

My surgery was this thursday! This happened to you too? Wow i was feeling scared that surgery was not working for me :(

I had the same thought. I was waiting for the 'fullness' and it didn't come, but trust me it will come. I was a bit foolish and tried to push it and ended up 'getting sick'. Follow the plan, trust the process....you'll do great!

Once you start eating dense proteins, you will feel your restriction. I had the same thoughts as you when I was on liquids but as soon as I moved to the soft mushy stage, I now can only eat 4 or 5 bites of protein before I am full. As Peggy53 said, trust us, it will come.
