I will be traveling to Toronto (TLBC ) for my surgery. They say that you have to have someone to come pick you up after surgery. What happens if you don't. Do they make you stay there longer ?

Do you really EVER want to taste Slimfast again? Have a slimfast burning party and get rid of it! If you're gonna drink liquids, make 'em taste good!

I think I might have a burning party with my Optifast (unless I can interest you in it Yasmina... LOL no way :speechles )

I have 2 boxes of optifast left over and there is no way I ever want another one to touch my lips after the surgery. Looks like I will have to burn it. :clap2:

Slimfast is the same. Yuck! Never again!

I was assuming that the protine powders all taste the same as the slimfast But you are right, anything tastes better then that. I do not even know why I keep it in the cupboard !

I bought the grape stacker protein water. I can do the sour apple, but this one is awful !

I looked at Slimfast just to see how it measured up, and 1 scoop of choc. royale slimfast, and 1 cup of milk would only give you 14g of protein. You can do better, and better tasting! The stuff I have, with milk gives me 29g, I believe. Now if I would only start drinking it.

well Ijust returned from walmart. I was going to buy a protein powder, easier said then done. Chocolate, Vanilla, strawbrerry banana, cooler protein powders what to buy ? I spent about 15min looking every product over. Then I saw one serving packages on the Strawberry banana Whey Gourmet. The decision was made . It is 120 cal with 23g of protein . We will hope for the best, but the name "whey " does not fill me full of hope !

If anyone is enjoying a protein powder please let me know what is . I will try this one tomorrow so I will let you know >

I order Unjury from the States Chocolate. I think it is 2o grams of protein. very good .

Good choice, Yasmina! I bought a sample of that from Walmart also, and at another place found a TON of other flavours (also from Whey Gourmet), and the strawberry Banana was the best by far!

That said, I also bought a ton of unjury, like Loriely.
