I can rate whatever. But I focus on protein , veggies then a starch but I barely have room by then. I average 600-800 calories 800 on my workout day... 650ish on a lazy day :) only intolerance is sugar. I have RH so that's a no go for me

I am almost 8 weeks out and I know that I am not eating enough. I am never hungry and it's so hard to force yourself to eat when nothing seems appealing. When I do eat, I can only get about 5 bites before I'm full. I tend to stick with a few items that go down well. Tuna, chicken, eggs. Am I am still drinking 2 protein shakes a day to make sure I get at least 60g of protein. I struggle to get 500-600 calories a day. Hopefully, it starts getting easier soon.

I'm eating about 4-6oz per meal. This morning I had 2 slices of muenster cheese and 1/2 cup of oatmeal. For lunch, I'll have about 4oz of left over beef stew. I'll have a pear mid-afternoon. For dinner, I am going to have about 3-4 oz of grilled chicken and some salad or veggies. Before bed I will have a greek yogurt. I find that I can get more food in early in the day.
