I would encourage you to skip the corn at least for a while, or even better forever. It's difficult to digest, and fits the textbook definition of empty calories. If you must have some corn, eat some creamed corn instead. But if you absolutely must have some corn on the cob, chew it as well as you possibly can.

That's what I was told it's hard to digest so I was just wondering if it gets better later or it's like that forever
