Hi everyone. Joining the poop problem posts. Started my mag citrate at 6 ish tonight. Prob finished about 7:45. It's 10:38. Nothing. I have only had 1 meal of solids in the last 2 days but nothing?!?! Anyone have it take this long? Can't drink after midnight - approaching fast! Should I down another bottle?????

I wouldnt. just wait. one is enough!

I never had issue, however my wife did (both sleeved). Then, after about four hours, well...it worked (and worked and worked and...).

However, may want to call doc on-call, for peace of mind.

It can take up to 12hrs to work (now, I've never seen that happen, lol, but its possible)

Same thing happened to me the night before surgery....you should read my post "magnesium citrate but no poop"
