Sharp pain that brings me to tears I'm thinking if I over ate? Pain is so bad :*[

Ok you make so many new threads I'm having a keeping up with which one to answer..:P

Ok you were/are sick? If so don't advance to any new foods wait until your cold is over..

You just ate crabmeat for the first time? Refer to the statement above.

Did you over eat? How much did you have?

When eating measure 1/4 cup do not go above that. If its something new? Don't even have that much! Try a tiny taste or two and I mean tiny.

Then let it sit for a long while... If it doesn't bother you them perhaps your ready for it and can try it again at your next meal...
