Jello - It's True

Hi folks,

I just recived a response from TLBC and they have confirmed that the post op diet does include Jello (sugar free).:clap2:

they did re-state the importance of the yogurt and cottage cheese the the function of the bactia culture. :D these are the most important.

i think i'll save the Jello for a time when i really need a different taste.:hungry:

day 4 of pre-op - down 8 lbs. survived relatives cooking supper (oh the smells) - diddn't seem to have any pangs or overwhelming desires.

yippee.

Andrew, I was told only opti-fast, and if I wanted to, a few greens, like celery, lettuce, spinach. I'm thinking they did'nt mean green jello, lol. Wouldnt hurt to call and find out though.

Well I can have jello, Jello I will have. I don't think I have had the slimmy stuff since I was 5 !

Yogurt I can handle but cottage cheese No way !

It is going to be a long 10 days !

Thanks, I did not see it in the pro-op package, so I will not eat it. Besides, green jello sucks.
