Chicken

Hi everyone! I am nearly 6 weeks post op & on solids, but OMG chicken is a killer lol!

It seems soo heavy & just a small amount makes me feel full & icky x

One of my healthy habits I had pre sieve . I loved grilled chicken. I am 11 mos post op and can only eat about 3 oz of it grilled. Its just hard to get it not dry.

Ah really?! Yes I really miss it, I have had it with gravy but still hard to eat a fair amount! But good thing is it feels you quickly with good protein & low fat/carbs etc x
