Ha loud and clear

I was lactose intolerant after surgery for a couple of months. If you aren't then there really isn't a reason not to have it. Enjoy! :)

You will most definitely know. I was temporarily, and it was terrible. Very gassy, I mean you feel like your bowels are going to explode and diarrhea.
