Food

I'm three weeks out and the smell of food bothers me, I don't like the taste of anything but water. Due to the fact that I need protein I drink isopure zero carb juice, that allow me a lot of protein. The doc says I need to eat, so I had toast, soup, yogart and that is cool. I tried cheese and it never stays down. I figured this is the price I pay for eating what I've wanted for so long now I'm paying for it.

I still have trouble eating and I'm a month out. I'm just not really hungry. Food doesn't seem to be as good as it once was. I had some mashed potatoes today for lunch and some tuna for supper. I have no idea how anyone eats 6 times a day like we are suppose to. Sometimes I can sneak in a jello with fruit or a sugar free Popsicle but not very often. I had the smell of food really get to me a few days ago. Gf's kids had some whataburger and omg it was smelling good. So far everything I have put in my mouth has stayed down. Nothing has made me sick. I actually haven't been sick since I left the hospital. Hang in there
