Pain right side under incision

I think i might have pulled something. I am 3 weeks out and my 5 year old pulled on my shirt and i pulled up and i now have this pain under the incision where they pulled out the stomach. I wonder if its muscles or hernia..

    I am also 21 days out from surgery and feeling the same pain. It started yesterday. Maybe I did too much too fast. I'll baby it for a week and see what happens.
