pre op today

I have preop appointment today. I am excited and nervous. My husband gets home from his travel on Sat and I go in bright and early on Monday. I am hoping, like everyone I have an easy recovery. I have 4 days my calender is clear, then a few things each day I hope to be able to do such as see my son's first night game for football. Nothing major but important.

Good luck dear..I pray you all the best and a speedy recovery. Everyone wants to be at their kids game. ;-)

Good luck! My surgery is also on Monday. My friend arrives Sunday and she'll drive me to the hospital, etc, and is staying to help get me past the first 4 or so days. I hope our recoveries are textbook and speedy! :)

Yay for you!

Tthings like the football game are do-able for alot of the people sleeved, but just be sure to not have to park too far away, and maybe have an escort through the crowd to be sure no one accidentally runs into you. Consider a folding chair and make arangements to sit somewhere away from the stadium seating??? (when I hear of large crowds I keep thinking about someone bumping into my tummy).
