Making progress!

Hey everyone! So as I told you all in a previous post my surgeon wants me to lose 50 lbs before surgery. I wasn't scheduled to meet with nut until September 13th so I decided to go ahead and start myself. Tomorrow will make 2 weeks since I began my diet and I'm happy to report I am down 10.6 lbs!!! I have just been monitoring my calories intake using mfp and drinking lots of water so it's helping! According to mfp with my weight and activity level I can have 2900 calories a day but I have been averaging around 1200 to 1300 daily. I have a ways to go, but I am thrilled with my progress. I am hoping that I can lose 5 more lbs by the 13th so I can go to see the nut 15 lbs down. I want them to know I am serious about my choice to have the sleeve and about changing my life style. Hopefully they can see that. Any who, just wanted to update you all. Hope you are all doing well! :)
