My Journey

Hello my name is Nicole and I am just starting my vsg journey. Earlier this yesr, I attended a seminar but did not follow through with my consultation because I was afraid of the surgery. I finally made this decision to change my quality of life. I've met with my surgeon and have my pre-op appointments on Tuesday. I currently weigh 243 pounds with a BMI of 43, I'm 5'3". I have sleep apena and bad knees. I have a 2 year old that I can't keep up with cause I'm tired and winded. So enough is enough. I'm excited for what future holds and look forward to all the support I can get from this group.
