Sleeved on wednesday!

Well, i was sleeved on wednesday. I am in a little more pain then i thought i would be but not so horrible that i have had to take pain meds. I had a lot of vomiting the first night but i am sure that was from the anasthesia. The gas/air in my chest hurts the worse. Im walking, breathing and coughing to help with all that. Both of my shoulders and kneck hurt but i think that is because of how i have been sleeping. I still havent really ate anything only because i get so full on the meds or water. Is it ok i havent really ate jello or broth yet? The smell of food makes me sick. Any suggestions on how to incorporate some clear liquids in?

Walking and small sips!!

I think its fine if you don't have jello or soup. I havn't either. My NUT said as long as I get in 46-64 ounces of fluid a day, preferably 64. Sugar free icepops are really good and going done well:) Best wishes!! :)
