  5. I was sleeved the wednesday the 4th. I went back to work today and have been walking every night around the neighborhood since friday! I am drinking good (water and crystal light), Protein is ok, the issue is Protein shakes make me REALLY full after only about 2oz, like restaurant buffet full. i just incorporated some cream Soup, actually really runny pureed chicken n dumplins i made, into my diet today!! I am so happy i did this!!! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!
  6. MissErika That was the girl from my other thread who used him!
  7. I am familiar with him but did not use him because of his bad reviews. There was a girl who was on a thread i started a few days ago who did use him. Where were you sleeved SEM? If so can you contact the nutritionist?
  8. Well, i was sleeved on wednesday. I am in a little more pain then i thought i would be but not so horrible that i have had to take pain meds. I had a lot of vomiting the first night but i am sure that was from the anasthesia. The gas/air in my chest hurts the worse. Im walking, breathing and coughing to help with all that. Both of my shoulders and kneck hurt but i think that is because of how i have been sleeping. I still havent really ate anything only because i get so full on the meds or water. Is it ok i havent really ate jello or broth yet? The smell of food makes me sick. Any suggestions on how to incorporate some clear liquids in?
  9. Thats great to hear! I really liked her when we met from my nutrition counseling!!

  17. I have been eating red jello i wonder should i stop!
  18. I almost chose Hollis also because the doctors I work for refers to him. But he didnt get the best reviews online and when I asked one of the doctors at our office he said go to Alanis. Where are you being sleeved?
  19. Thanks!! Yes i can have chicken noodle as long as it has less then 1g sugar, no chunky chicken noodle; just plain campbells or lipton. Why no red for you?
  20. Well my surgery is this wednesday and I only had to do 6days of pre-op diet. I can have jello, broth, chicken noodle soup (2cans per day), cream soups, yogurt and cottage cheese. That isnt as hard as some peoples and so far its been ok it just doesnt keep me full long. Its hard because i have 5kids and a husband who I still have to cook for so smelling the food is hard!! Plus my boys play football and all day saturdays we are at the field smelling all the nachos, cheese french fries (my fav) was sooooo hard! Thankfully only 2 more days!!
