Oh okay I hope I can find a fiber pill . I thought mybe it was the Protein shakes which don't have fiber in tem but I will be trying to narrow it down. Lol I don't want to get in serious problems.

Idk about a fiber pill but I've been adding a little Metamucil to my Water bottles and I'm regular now.

I'm in a horrible stall now though haven't lost in about 2 weeks but I upped my water to 100oz and protein to >80, and I increased my walking. I'm weighing tomorrow I hope it broke.

You guys can buy something called psyllium husk. It's a more natural way of taking your "fiber pills." They are really inexpensive and if you look at the ingredients and Metamucil or most of the other fiber Brands, psyllium husk is the main ingredient in it. Just a suggestion. Hope it helps.
