Not All Drs. Signed Up with Capital One!!!

Hi, Here I was approved with Capital One for an amount that would have covered part of my expence to have surgery here in WI. But I could not get the rest together :think So I have since looked into Dr. Kirshenbaum in Denver, I would then have enough to get surgery. So I gave Capital One a call to tell them I have switched Drs., and find out that he is not in their program and doesn't care to be :cry I am so frustrated, Here I could have had my surgery on January 31st. :speechles Sunnysea

yeah... I had this, because the place I had orginally called about surgery used them and they gave me the specific doctors account #.

I think that is why they list their own financing on their websites. Good luck in finding your financing.

That is frustrating sunny! I did hear someone once before say that Dr K did not work with Capitol One. Do you have any other options?

  • 2 weeks later...

I just emailed Dr K's office about this the other day.

They said they work with Surgeryloans.com for financing. I haven't looked into what rates they offer.

The 1.9% w/ capital One is very appealing. I was sorry to hear they don't accept it.
