Sides for flounder?

Ok, I NEVER cook fish so I need some recommendations for sides other than fish and chips.

I made puréed carrots the other day. I'm still in the soft foods stage (moving slow with food). I just boiled a bag of baby carrots until they were soft (they'd be really good roasted too) and then puréed them with some roasted garlic, a bit of sour cream, a little butter, salt, pepper, and some Parmesan cheese. It was so good, I'll be making it again.

Yum! I don't like chipotle (hubby loves it), but I bet it would be good with any of the Laughing Cow cheese. How many wedges did you use?
