Mentally Hungry

Hello Everyone,

I made a blog and its to document my life after the surgery and I would love it you checked it out!

Maybe give me a few pointers on my topic which is mentally hungry! Meaning I am not hungry but my brain is lol :)

You are very s mart to be able to have this surgery at such a young age. But you must remember that this is a life style change and it takes a lot if work to get the weight off. Later on you must not let head hunger take over and not go back to your old ways of eating. Best of luck to you.

The sleeve helps (for a while) with some hunger hormones (ghrelin) and allows you to learn how to use satiety as your pal.

BUT we ALL find the mind battles each and every day. I am FAMISHED right now for no reason. So, it's my head.

So I go forward step by step and try to make good decisions... Yogurt here I come!!
