1 month post op today

Today I am 1 month post op. I have lost 19.2 lbs so I guess I'll be a slow loser but have lost a ton of inches. I'm overall a happier person and excited for what lies ahead. I have been fortunate that I had a speedy recovery and have had no issues with food or illnesses. I look healthier already and feel fantastic. So for anyone at the same point in time as me, stay positive. My weight loss in pounds may not be drastic but I'm totally ok with slow and steady. Happy Friday!!!

Great attitude !!!! Slow and steady wins the race. Happy Friday !!!

I seem to be a really slow loser as well, so thanks for such an upbeat post. I really wanted to be one of those who is so amazed at how fast the weight drops off and instead find myself calculating how many YEARS it will take me to reach my goal if I only lose 1-2 lbs per month. Here's hoping we BOTH hit a nice little slide soon to bolster confidence and give us a little push forward. Again, thanks for the post!

Congratulations on 1 month! I am 1 month today as well an was about to post something similar. Saw your post and figure Ill celebrate with you !!! I've lost 22 lbs so far and also I am ok with loosing slowly, I feel I will have a better chance at working out and tightening things up! Good luck and Best Wishes :)
