endoscopy

I had my endoscopy today, and everything turned out great. But I took out my nose piercing and it closed in the two hours the procedure took! :( Only bad thing to happen so far in this journey. Losing weight > losing my piercing, though!

Wow, that closed up quick! Just had my endoscopy a couple of days ago.... worst thing that happened to me was gargling with lidocaine!!! Nasty stuff... Then my doctor starts asking me questions while my mouth is totally numbed out... Funny!

They put me under anesthesia for mine! I would've hated to be awake for that!

I'm surprised. They didn't make me take out my Monroe's. but they used meds to make me sleep which was nice cause I was awake again after 15 mins and no nausea. Was your nose piercing new? I'd expect that from a oral but not a cartilage cause that was way quick

Im glad everything went well for you. I woke up toward the end of my endoscopy. It was terrifying and it felt horrible. I never want to have to do that again! lol

i had my nose piercing for two years! that's why i was so surprised it closed on me. but i figure it's alright since i would have had to take it out again in a month for the actual surgery.
