Thirsty ALL the time!

I'm 11 weeks post op. I sip on smart water all day long and I usually drink about 70-90 oz of water per day. Regardless, I always feel thirsty. Some days, I can not quench my thirst. Any ideas?

Gatorade! Water it down if you want, but on those days where I can't get over the thirst, I put down 12 oz and feel much better. I am 12 weeks out and experience the same as you.

I can't get in as much liquid as you yet! Great job!

Are you diabetic? Might get that checked.

No, I'm not diabetic nor do I have any other chronic conditions.
