hopingtolose2013 "conditioned our brains for failure" as said by ShrinkingMom, unfortunately is a great/true comment you shouldn't fail with your weight loss as long as you follow ALL the sleeve ru

It is because we have conditioned our brains for failure in dieting because that is what we always did! It seems to get a little better the farther out you get but I'm still amazed every time it shows

I was sleeved on July 8th. I have lost 28 lbs. My goal is to lose 60. Everytime I get on the scale I am scared that I will gain or stop losing. It is that little voice in my head that knows I have never been successful before in losing all my weight...so why would I now? I'm not depressed...I'm excited about my success so far. I just wish I could get that negative nelly out of ny head that says you can't do this. I know I can!
