My Doctor recommended the gummy vites and gummy fish. You have to chew them very well, but they don't get stuck. I also found sublingual B12 and Biotin.

I started taking my bariatric Vitamins only a couple days ago. I haven't had any problems, until today. I feel like one of the calcium's is stuck in my esophagus. In fact, I've tried to eat twice and my food just felt like it was stacking up on it, and eventually came back up! I had never even thrown up! Grrr! It's a little painful, too.
Has this ever happened to you? What did you do?
