Today I had my first appointment and am in the beginning stages of my appointments to begin my nee journey. So excited!

On my pre liquid diet yesterday was rough don't know if the headache turned migraine was from lack of "food" or just a migraine since I do suffer with them but I was sick all evening puking isn't fun now hoping I dont suffer with migraines while healing. Could be nerves too I go in for surgery monday at 6:30am! Excited and I feel great today so getting my protien and fluids in and finishing the last of my home preping.

The headache/migraine is from the detox. Once you get to day 4, it will go away. Most report day 3 being the worst.

I'm right behind you too. Starting mine tomorrow for a practice run.

O no im on day 3 now 26 hours till surgery yesterday was good felt great. Up early not sleeping well but at least im getting extra time to get things done. Pretty sure my hospital bag is already packed. Good luck on your pre op diet.

Home from surgery yesterday spebt 2 days at hospital comfort of home is so much nicer. Working to consume 4oz an hour I'm awake today.
