1. You look great and have to point out the obvious you dont look like youe losing your girls. Jealous had little to start with and even less now. Lol
2. Feeling amazing and Im two days from nine weeks out and got on the scale this morning and seen that im down another 10lbs and at 268. Thats 51lbs in 9 weeks so amazed hy the results wish I would have done this sooner. Any pain, emotional days, frustrations have all been worth it!
3. Sleeved September 30th 6 weeks out and 40lbs lost best thing ive ever done. So ready to keep seeing it all fall off.
4. I only told like 3 coworkers before surgery since they are friends outside of work. Now that I'm 6 weeks out I share it with anyone if it comes up. You shouldn't allow there ideas to stress you this is the best decision you could make for yourself in my opinion. It was for me!
5. I'm 4 weeks out this week as I freaked out about a week long business trip. So that means 3 meals eating out all week. And I work with all men so they want burgers fries steaks you know all that good stuff we "loved" but I have been eating meat all week. BBQ chicken breast has been my favorite. Then shrimp which before I would have never gotten cause it wouldn't of been enough food but now 5 of them and im full. Did try a little ribs and steak chewed really good and went down fine. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Just hard eating 5-7 bites and being done. And that I can't enjoy a beer to wash it down anymore. But with 40lbs in 4 weeks I'm happy and think of that. Plus the guys enjoy eating what I can't LOL.
6. Your body is going through some extreme changes right now including hormonal from ehat my doc says. I have the merina iud and I spotted for a few days after surgery so im sure its just your body adjusting.
7. I also had Dr. Schram
8. I had surgery on 9/30 and returned 10/7 one week off. I also have a desk job so the lifting wasn't a concern. I could hsve probably went back soon but choose to just enjoy that extra time at home as a single mom. Just take it easy and try and sit up straight I notice that helps with the back discomfort and the standing up from my chair. I wasn't extremely tired after my first day and found that being back to my schedule helped me get my protien in. Good luck to you!
9. You look great thanks for sharing.
10. One week out went back to work got on the scale (since I had a doctors apt anyways) and have lost 9lbs I was completely shocked and so excited made it under 300 now thats I've knocked that 3 down time to work on knocking that 2 off! 22lbs down total now feeling great so glad I did this.
11. Thanks in going to try it tonight I sleep with 2-3 pillows under my head anyways. I just laid flat my night 2 in the hospital and got all sorts of sick. Better night sleep ahead I hope!

15. I use humor to deal with the stress and I was very calm when going into surgery blood pressure was very good they where shocked. I just kept joking how I was going to have an amazing nap and I couldn't wait to catch up on sleep. On a serious note I did find that reach and being informed helped me knowledge is power. I studied and considered surgery for a year and a half before actually having it now I'm 5 days post feeling amazing minus a few aches and pains wouldn't change it for the world! I did get that good sleep too LOL.
16. Make sure you sit up that will help with nausia I made the mistake of wanting to stetch out and laid down big no no nurse said it makes you sick and it did but. Just stay up with the nausia meds and try and get your fluids you won't be meeting that 64oz in the beginning but will work up to it. Push to at least get your protien I'm 4 days out I'm at about 32oz for the day and 50grams protien and it's only 5pm. Drink drink drink!
