Feel like a slug

So I'm 5 weeks post op... The first 10 days sucked, then for 3 weeks felt great and lost a bunch of weight, I had all kinds of energy. Now for the past 10 days I feel like I did before surgery. I'm tired all the time, getting headaches again, and stuck at the same weight. I'm getting my liquids and protein, walking every day. I understand that stalls are normal but I didn't expect to go back to feeling crappy again. Is this normal?

Sounds like Vitamin deficiency. Are you taking your Vitamins? Iron, B12 and Vitamin D (a lot of it, like 5,000 IUs) will help with energy. In fact, I so believe in Vitamin D, I call it my "little capsule of sunshine."

Have you seen your regular doctor? If you were taking meds before, they might need to be adjusted. Also, have dr run blood tests for all vitamin levels.

Good luck!
