Hey All,
My Dr told me to ensure I'm taking my multi Vitamins twice a day. It hasn't really been a chore to figure out a good schedule to take the vitamins and meds (PPI and Gallbladder). However, this past week I'm noticing that as I'm getting farther out from surgery taking my multi (Flinstone Complete) in the afternoon is causing sleep problems.
I even switched my workout to the AM because I was worried that was it. Nope, I've figured it's the multi as I've played around a bit with dosing times.
Right now my vitals all look good but I'm wondering...would it mess up my vitals to take both doses in the AM? Anyone have any experience with this? My Dr said to try and see what happens, but I just don't want to find out too late that dosing so close together (more than 2 hours but less than 6) throws my vitals out of whack.
Thanks for any suggestions/experiences you have to share!
