Help!

So I reached goal weight over the weekend to be able to schedule surgery. I was going to head to kaiser this morning to do my official weigh in to get it documented and get to schedule surgery...however I started my period last night and now I'm two lbs up! Any suggestions before weigh in? Quick workout? Water help!

I started my period last night - two lbs up

i don't think you should worry about those 2 lbs, really

you lost 14 lbs as "ordered", maybe 12 now

they see you are committed and are following rules :)

"if" they comment about those 2 lbs..............

tell the the truth, that you just started your period

go to get your "official" weight, and continue to be excited :)

good luck

Yeh I emailed surgeon to see and I will go weigh in once they open. Kaiser has a strict 10%weight loss so I've lost 18 but need 20 so we shall see.

Almost every one of my apts my cycle started. My body had me furious at times. I'd say call and ask them if it matters. My Nut would sometimes notate a variance of 2 lbs because it seemed I was always on my cycle during our visits.

Call and see if they would rather you wait a week. At this point, I know you're ready but it won't hurt to wait 1 week if need be. In that time you can work on other parts of the approval if possible.

I also always seem to be on my cycle at weigh ins! I have mine right now as well and have my first post-op appt. on Thursday so the pattern continues!1 UGH! Hopefully it will be OK for you.
