Losing too fast?

I was 274 going into surgery on 7/29 and now I am 7 days post op and weigh in at 258. Is this the normal rate? Still not getting my full protein in but I do have an appetite. I am on full liquids/stage 1 baby foods. Anyone else experience a loss like that or is it because it is the first week?

I'm just 17 days post op and have only lost 13 pounds. Not stressing over it. As long as the number on the scale goes down that's all that matters.

  • Thanks! I hope I am getting in enough liquids. I don't feel dehydrated. Sent from my i-tab using VST
