I had my gastric sleeve on july 30

I have been doing ice chips..water..and made some pink lemonade crystal light

Sipping on my 8oz of protein through day.

Any suggestions

What type of diet are you on? Full liquids or clear liquids?

Dr said I can have clear and full liquids. No chunks and everythkng has to be sugar free

I had my surgery on on July 23rd and now I can't have the premier shakes anymore due to the boating and gas. I just went out and got some Jay robb egg protein powder, its not bad. I'm drinking vanilla with a sprinkle of nesquick strawberry for flavor.

Im on a protein shake ..with a sprinkle of cinnamon. It is not that bad ..I just dont like the after taste.

Best advice is to hang in there... Every day will get a little better. Keep trying to get as close to surgeon recommendations as possible every day. For me, the difference between day 3 and day 5 was like a whole new world.
