Today I attended the pre and post op support group class. . It was great to see and hear stories in person makes me feel better about my decision to have the sleeve surgery so now just my last Nutritionists meeting on the 8th.

they are good to go to for obvious reasons

i never went much

so, this is a case of do what i say, not as i do

the NUT coming up next week???

You should consider attending support groups post op as well. I attend two different ones monthly. I have a buddy here that attends 4 monthly in the area.

Yes I'm looking forward to going twice a month.
