i had my surgery may 16th and ive been at a stall for about 3 weeks myself, my scale seems to fluxuate between 303 and 305, its become frustrating but ive just increased my work outs to an extra 10 minutes a day and increased my protein intake by 5 g and I lost 2 lbs in the past 3 days. I think all of us go through stalls, just hang in there and keep following doctors orders and it'll start coming off again :)

I was sleeved may 16th and also got stalled at 265. My starting weight was 289. I have found that if you let go a bit and increase your calories by indulging in something like a cookie or a piece or your favorite dessert it will restart your metabolism because it feels like its being fed again. Don't go crazy and pig out lol. Just indulge for a day. I stalled at 265 for almost three weeks before I took a day off from clean eating. I ate cheese puffs and enjoyed a slice of watermelon (a big no no) and last but not least I had a vanilla latte. That weekend I dropped 4 lbs.
