  12. 62 lbs gone forever! I feel like a SUPAH STAH! Lol!
  13. corn nuts and popcorn are my biggest sliders...
  14. Starbucks and McDonald's all have the skinny versions of their iced coffees. McDonald's does not have the decaf version tho. I still drink reg coffee and it hasn't affected me negatively yet. I would go with the fat free sugar free vanilla iced coffee at starbucks. they will make it with fat free milk and sweeten it with sweeteners instead of syrup.
  15. I used the Spring Valley Sublingual B12 2500 mcg. They sell it at Walmart. I used it and it did the job. I just recently went to my 3 mont post op and the doc asked me to stop taking it because my B12 level was on the high side.
  16. the soup will go right thru you. There really is no reason to make large amount of borth and freezing it. you'll be able to drink about half a cup every 30 minutes or so. You wont feel like drinking anything but you will have to if you want to keep your tummy calm. I got tired of broth about three days out and started on sugar free ice pops then powerades. i suggest you buy the ramen noodle packs in different flavors and just use the broth packages. it's the only way to change it up.
  17. How much are you asking for the shirts? And is the white one with green and black dots a shirt or dress?
  18. awesome! i love their clothes! they last forever!
  19. you're welcome. I'm just glad they have a size as small as a 14. i am in between sizes right now and im too big for a 16 but too small for an 18 :/
  20. i usually eat it over 30 miuntes. i take out as much of the wrap as i can and then chew the meat and cheese thoroughly. i find that the food is much more please that way.
  21. my sister is. What do you have lady? she is starting college and a new job this fall. she needs new clothes
  22. I know this is a clothing exchange but I thought maybe I should share this sale at Lane Bryant. They are having a one day sale where ecerything in clearance is 60% off. The code to use is ONEDAYLB I foudn cute tops under $6 dollars for those of us that need a smaller size. Good luck ladies!
  23. You and I are about the same right now. HW 299 SW 289 CW 245 I haven't exercised much. But that is about to change today.
