Did you have an anti-nausea patch behind your ear? If so, you may have touched it and then touched your eyes and this will cause dilated pupils and blurry vision.

Do you have diabetes? If so, are you still on your meds? Do not come off those too quickly right after surgery.

The side effect of many pain medications and antibiotics is blurred vision. You are most likely experiencing a side effect of one of your meds. It will go away after you get off them.

I did not have the 'patch' and have not had any problems with nausea. The Dr stopped my diabetes meds the day before surgery and my diabetes has been under control. I have not had pain meds for the last three days. everything is going extreemly well except for this blurry vision.

i was just wondering if this is a common problem

i had this for about five days post op. I think it is related to either the anesthesia or the narcotics although my last narcotic was on day 2. it went away on day 7
