Actually surviving the clear liquid diet!

Now sure, it has only been a day and a half, but I'm actually surviving this... Being at work will be the real test on Monday, but all I have to do is make it 'till August 6th, then my surgery will happen...

Protein is helping a ton, and I'm not TOOOO HANGRY!

Is anyone else on the liquid diet right now and doing myfitnesspal? I'd like to see other people's menus.

    I am on the liquid preop diet. I just started my fit pal but my intake is something like this: 4 Protein shakes with un sweetened Almond Milk 2-4 sugar free Jello 1 sugar free Popsicle At least 8
