i would consult a doctor before doing that because even though it is all natural it might have some side affects with the sleeve but definitely keep eating even though it is a hassle at times you need to do it for your health. Best of Luck!

How far out are you? Do you get your protein and water in? Are you eating to few calories? Sleeve is only a tool you still have to work it which means watching what to do food wise AKA diet

I feel your pain today... Food just sounds gross today!!! This is my second day of puréed foods, I am 11 days past op, and I found yesterday that chili that sounded so good actually was so bad. I have had a protein drink and working on broth right now so I am hoping by lunchtime I will feel a little different. I know I need my protein and I am half way there so far today so I think I will make it. Just plug along and you can get through it too.

Thanks yeah I'm getting enough calories but I think I may be having issues with my thyroid and absorbing the meds, I probably need a dosage increase, sometimes I like food, just wanna get past the 40 pounds. I had my my sleeve February 27th. Thanks for the encouragement, and yes chili mind as well be the devil just too much going on it unless you make it your self. The best to you all
