Hi,

I see you've gotten several responses already, but wanted to point out there's a lengthy sticky thread on the food & Nutrition forum that had tons of information for samples of Protein drinks. I ordered enough samples pre-op that they last me through the liquid stages. It afforded me the chance to be sure I really liked a flavor before I was stuck with a huge tub of it. Samples are definitely the way to go!

I could not stomach the isopure. It was just nasty to me. I prefer the Unjury protein drinks or Syntrax Nectar is really good too. My Dr.'s office gave me some ideas on how to mix the Roadside Lemonade with Raspberry Crystal light or the Orange Fuzzy Navel with Orange Sunrise Crystal light. It makes it much more bearable and I couldn't even tell I was drinking a protein drink!

I use Protizyme and Matrix flavored protein shakes. They're a little pricey but easier to deal for me with than the other protein powders.
