I don't really use a pre-workout, but I have tried one. It was the Jack3d about a year ago or so. I'm not sure I really need it, I like lifting on an empty stomach (2-3 hours after a protein shake), and that's enough for me. I gave the Jack3d to a friend after trying it a couple of times. I felt a little sick from it and jittery, so I just stick with a protein shake a few hours before and make sure it's out of my stomach by the time I lift. Everyone reacts differently.....I think my issue is just my weird stomach.

Mark - can you post a link to your stack from the other topic? I tried looking and couldn't find it. Much appreciated!!

I tried one this morning about 4 oz or so of it, and I have to say that I saw a difference especially in my energy level, I workout for about an 1hr before I realized the time, after I had a protein shake and lots of water, I got it from GNC and made sure it dint have so of the stuff you guys mentioned, I dont feel jitters but I do feel like I had a great workout, just read and get as much information that you can before trying anything, thank you for the input guys really helped, I wont use it for every workout but it will be there for the days that I need the extra boost in my behind.
