How long does it take for the doctor office to submitted your case to the insurance company.? I have complete everything since 7/11 and I called my ins and they said they have received anything.. I send e-mail to the coordinator that was helping me with all the insurance stuff at the doctors office a few days ago but have not heard back

i had over 6 months worth of hoops to jump through before they submitted all my paperwork. I was told insurance companies can take forever. With that said. They gave me a surgery date then submitted my paper work. If they give you a date prior to submiting everything it forces the insurance company to make a decision within 30 days by law. otherwise they can just take forever. I got my approval within 2 weeks. I hope this helps.

The doc office just confirmed that everything has been submitted to my insurance company for approval. I guess I just have to wait now..

I have been jumping through hoops since January.. And still jumping.. I still don't have a surgery date.. Once paperwork was completed and sent to insurance my insurance approved it in two days.. Now just waiting for the doctors office
