Can some one tell me where I can find a copy of the sleeve bible . I read on someone's post where they mentioned it

That's what I call the guide book that my surgeons office gave me with all my info in it, for before and after surgery!!! Everything was in it, from the very first seminar to maintenance!!! Maybe that's what they were talking about also!! Did your surgeons office not give you anything like that?

Not sure what it is that you are talking about. My doctor gave me a binder when I went for the consultation. It had all the info in it from the types of med used during and after surgery, my eating plan for before/after surgery, recipes, workout tips, etc. I kept it with me the first 2 months and still go back to it occasionally for recipes.
