My doctor spent an entire visit just on the vitamin/ supplement information. Have you had surgery yet? Blood work should be done routinely after surgery to better dictate what your body needs. It will show what your specific body is deficient in. I take Bariatric Fusion--- 2 tabs in the am and 2 in the pm. Plus I take calcium citrate supplement total of 1500mg per day.

No surgery yet. I got a book and everything just do much info so just trying to get more help with this

Ok- that makes me feel better. For the first 6 months you may end up taking lots of medications. I also take Atigal which will help prevent gallstones. And Postassium and magnesium and Prilosec. Your nutritionist and doctor should go over all that stuff- and if they don't - to me that would be a red flag to go somewhere else.

Usually a year after surgery when you can get more nutrients from food- you should be able to take a regular multivitamin. But you should look into ones now that are specific for weight loss surgery.
