I'm pretty sure everyone does. The only thing that helped me was walking. I made sure to get up and walk every hour, and several times in the night as well. You won't feel like walking, but you have to make yourself do it, and you will feel better.

Well gas x strips that melt in your mouth was my friend and it works miracle gas was gone by day 5 for me. Dont forget to walk as much as possible every 30 minuteto an hour when you are awake. The gas is worse than the actual surgery for me so good luck. Congrats on surgery!!!!

Yes the gas has been the kicker. I have been walking often. I did Walmart and publix today for the new diet. Thanks so much for the responses & well wishes! Best regards to all of you!!

Gas x strips, walk, walk, walk. A heating pad also helps.
