Weird..

I have been dieting for the past few months.. Eating healthy, getting plenty of protein, and taking my vitamins. All by my choice.. Just so it's not a huge change for me once I have surgery.. Im a creature of habit. Today I decided to be a little bad and eat a whopper jr and fries from BK. Now I have a headache and feel really sick to my stomach.. Ugh.. It's crazy how your body changes.. Anyone else have this happen?

It's just weird how your body changes in such a short time..

Our bodies are weird and amazing things for sure..I have also have changed my eating preparing for surgery and when I have a heavy fatty meal I can feel my body trying to process it. I get sweaty short of breath and heart has a bit of a race, makes me think twice thats for sure lol

From here on out I will be second guessing what I eat.. Just proof to me that I need to stick to my diet..
